Help Another usb port stop working when ufi box connected

Please help!
I buy ufi box 4 day ago and cannot make it working.
When ufi box connected all another usb port stop working, so I cannot use it for flashing. Try to clean install windows but no fix. I'am using windows 7 32 bit.

i think better once try with other pc otherwise ask to u r reseller maybe he take it and change its my idea
