no need to buy this file......first reset efs via UMT dongle then power on device then open diag port type *#558# then open diag port then write QCN file ...Here is qcn file = y11 .qcn

in umt reset EFS will not work...after u click on reset efs it will show failed but in a few second a popup will come ..it will tell erase efs?? if u click erase efs this will work
