big problem after unlock a037u

i have a037u from sprint
sec cert 1
bit 2
all normal and supported
after unlock phone give me like pic and sec crt 0 kg locked testpoint disable
this the 3th phone from difrrant ctype and carrire all same proble
any one face this problem
