- Typical of eMMC corruption or partition overwrite caused by:
- Flashing wrong firmware (GSI)
- Slot switch error (A/B partitioning)
- Incomplete OTA downgrade
Solution (Hardware-Level Fix):

- Used Mipi tester to flash the correct firmware directly to the chip
- Reinstalled UFS chip
