- Flashing wrong firmware (GSI)
- Slot switch error (A/B partitioning)
- Incomplete OTA downgrade
Solution (Hardware-Level Fix):
Step-by-Step by Shazam Shakoor:- Disassembled device & removed the UFS chip/ Memory Chip
- Used Mipi tester to flash the correct firmware directly to the chip
- Reinstalled UFS chip
- Phone powered on – fully recovered!
