What is issue for this phone?

You can do Factory Reset and Erase userdata partition if you want reset lock for this models.

tips:
1. Read/Backup/Restore Screenlocks not working for encryption devices.
Unlock (For android unencrypted devices)
1.Read Screenlocks: Analyzing Screenlocks (Supported Pattern/PIN/Password lock, Unsupported Android 6.0 and above version)
2.Reset Screenlocks: Reset Screenlocks without userdata loss
3.Backup Screenlocks: Backup screenlocks to local
4.Restore Screenlocks: Restore Screenlocks to phone
5.Reset/Backup Screenlocks: Backup and reset screenlocks without userdata loss

2. Network problem if you facing "Connecting to server ... Failed, Account login network exception!", you can try do it again or use VPN when you using EMT.
