can't use MRT please help

on this week, i try to wipe data vivo y12/y91 and oppo a71
computer show 9008 port but it doesn't work .
i have change cable, port, update ver.MRT to3.57, change driver
and also change computers 2 pc (windows 7 /10) 1 labtop (windows 7)
please help me,
