New Customers service very slow

Hello, please try to review your customer service, it is very slow, you almost never respond to messages from your distributors. It often takes days to respond to them. How can we work well in this kind of circumstance with you if you do not take care of our requests?? We are losing customers because of this, please review your customer service.
