Do not worry friend! Your issue may be fixed by tech support.
You killed your dongle probably because you used usb sharing like eltime/flexihub or something like that. Right?
I suggest you use official Infinity contact web page and contact to techical support right now Infinity-Box - Contacts
In future please do not use usb sharing because it is dangerous.
