hello, team my computer os is win 7 and I can't factory reset
And my computer has drivers problems like qcom drivers not taking for flashing procedure. that only I reinstall the os.
And I have fingerprint id and license but not taking licenses .. tool not opening ... sorry for my English.... please help me team
