E8372H-153 After flash device is bricked only one port show through bootshot many time to try balong_usbdload.exe but same issue device not goes to donwgrade mode how to resolve this solution please any kindly help me.

Then I didn't like the webUI so, I tried to apply General Firmware but now device is bricked, I have dismantled device to try to boot point and erase and reflash but stuck

After successful unlocking (without dismantling), myself, I bricked my Zong Huawei E8372h-153 when trying to change webUI interface by flashing generic firmware as the one I flashed via online free help was not generic, so I tried to erase via usbloader.bin and install everything from scratch but it was not working. so I searched everywhere but to no use and gave up hope to self repair as boot point method was not working either, then I thought to get paid help as last resort and got my device unlocked in few minutes. TLDR; the free software available online is already outdated but these guys who claim to unlock by charging fees are not total snake oil? The software they used didn't needed boot point shorting and still worked.
