Hello JTAG Team please help me this error my newly bought Box suddenly come up this error after i update easy jtag release 3.8.0.6 Released..

if there is warranty, avail the warranty...do not break the sticker in front of the smartcard, unless your supplier will allow it to reinsert the smartcard, otherwise it will void the warranty

just make sure that security card is will inserted or take it out and clean it to make sure that contact is good with card reader
