my box keep on updating after installing this version saying update firmware please wait all done then repeats the proccess how can i fix this

then the software restart again detecting box in update mode updating firmware all done then restarts thesame

have bought my easy jtag plus but it has got alot of problems,first it cannot write by vendor with a speed more than 4mhz,,,but reading backup its speed can go the hightest. second the emmc file manager cannot detect box serial number...what could be the problem...i need your help
