Good you have to look for the firmware, and the dload folder put it in a sd card or otg and force the upgrade mode

Good, then you will have to repair, but if you want to recover the huawei it is the only way, anyway, once the board software is flashed and you recover the huawei from the brick, then by sd card or otg pass the firmware and the huawei will return to the normal, anyway if you have tools make backup, just in case or if you don't trust.

1. protect NV
2. Protect OEM INFO

to not flash these partition!
and then flash with sd card or any software tool
