I have been facing same issue ERROR CODE 401, since last 3 days. There is no solution from UFI Team.

I request to UFI Team please help us.

If you are right then I want to ask a question to UFI Team.

Why did the block MY IP Adress. I did not use IDM and other 3rd Party Application, then why did the block my Box.
