We checked the works that you mentioned.

During these works, the error message says that the connection between your tool and our server broke up. Which can be tracked back to a few problem sources:
- Network issues
- Cable issues
- port issues

So make sure that you use a different cable, and port for the connection. Also close every running background tool and software.

The method reported back that there is no reply from the device. Which could be because of the security patch version. We already reported the case to the developers. Hopefully soon we can have a fix on it.
