This method is Working and tested on Zong Bolt+ device with all version and its working fine.

Huawei Modem Commands:
Download mode: at^godload
WIFI Repair: AT^SSID=0,"Huawei"
WiFi Key Repair: AT^WIKEY=0,"123456798"
