google pixel relocked and cut dubble cost

few days ago unlocked 2 pcs google pixel 4 xl. customer hard reset phone and again relocked. i unlock the phone again and take credit this time also. why 1 phone take credit always?
please refund my money.

i try to contact supporter whatsapp but no replay
