Help about ufi lite adapter

i want to use ufi lite adapter shown in picture. but i am facing some issue as we know that vcc 3.3v and vccq is 1.8v. but my ufi lite adapter is showing 3.3v on vccq and on vcc no voltage is there any problen with ufi lite adapter. any one chk vcc and vccq voltages for me
