Help on unlocking samsung note 10 plus sm-n975u

Hello octopus team, i have just purchased octopus credits for unlocking my note 10 plus without success. The strange thing bis that ot looks like it has 3 network providers (sprint, at&t, sprectrum)I have tried to open support client but its not working and im in need of it urgently. My customer is on my neck

ok what you saying N975U att&t can unlock through octoplus is that correct i am tring but not getting code generated thank you.

OK Can you help i am trying to unlock at&t note 10 plus but no code can be generated via octoplus what am i doing wrong ?
