modem does accept downgrade firmware after bootshort method, the downgrade firmware 21.318.99.03.00 works but after flashing with upgrade firmware 21.318.03.00.00 the modem becomes dead, so any working firmware if anyone can give that is compatible with zong pak model

sir.my problem is that I'm use the zong 4g device but I'm last the password and i try to install firmware they sat but I install the firmware 21.318.99.03.00 they are done.but after flashing with upgrade firmware 21.318.03.00.00 the modem becomes dead, and stop working.
