i have phone honor x9a i need full dump
anynoon here can help me pls

i maked erase efs after phone not working still loogo honor and restart

i dont have backup on phone

Turn it on holding power + vol up, select format or clear data on recovery options, it will wipe all of your files but will reset the system to factory and maybe if its not faulty hardware, it will bootup normaly again.
