I need the exact procedure for the second-generation cust_mod method on my device.

Device:

• Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G China
• Model: 2312DRA50C
• Codename: garnet
• HwCountry: CN
• HwLevel: MP
• Bootloader: locked, fastboot reports unlocked: no
• Current ROM: Global OS1.0.17.0.UNRMIXM

I already installed an official Global Recovery ROM successfully through Mi Assistant. The phone boots correctly, but mobile network stopped working after the conversion/update. The previous China-to-Global hybrid ROM from the seller had working mobile network.

I downloaded:

cust_mod_for_xiaomi_global_rom_second_gen.rar

Could you please explain:

1. Is this method confirmed for the China Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G / garnet / 2312DRA50C?
2. Is the method only for changing the region/name through cust.img, or can it also fix No Service/baseband?
3. What is the exact flashing method: official Recovery/Mi Assistant, EDL 9008, Xiaomi-authorized software, UMT/Hydra, or another tool?
4. Can it work with a locked bootloader and without normal Fastboot unlock?
5. Which partitions are written?
6. Does it preserve modemst1, modemst2, fsg, fsc, persist, EFS/NV data and IMEI?
7. Is factory_nv.img required? If yes, which exact file for HwCountry CN?
8. Is the procedure tested on a device currently running Global OS1.0.17.0.UNRMIXM?
