How to reboot A217F from Download Mode to EUB Mode (Test Point blocked)?

Hello Z3X Team,

I am working on Samsung Galaxy A21s (A217F).
The issue is that I need to switch the device from Download Mode to EUB (Emergency USB Boot) Mode, but in some phones the test point option is blocked.

My question is:
1. Is there any command or method to reboot from Download Mode directly into EUB Mode?
2. If test point is blocked, what is the alternative procedure?

Kindly guide me on the correct steps.
