How to upgrade to Lollipop my Droid MAXX XT1080

I want to upgrade my Motorola Droix Maxx XT1080 to Lollipop. I'm currently on 4.4.4 System version 24.21.7 obake-maxx_verizon. Verizon.en.us
Please guide wtih full proceedure and also post the custom rom link if possible.

Don't mind please but I will say that this forum is useless for me because I did't get even a single reply for 13 days. Finally I found the solution myself by searching on google and on different plateforms that I can't upgrade it to Lollipop because it had the latest Build Su6-7.7 which can't be unlocked its bootloader. I also created an account on Motorola Support Site and received the same reply that this phone is not supported to unlock its bootloader. Anyway guys thanks for the useless plateform where I did't get a single reply about my question.
