How to write a DUMP file to A3s by AE-Tool

I have brick a OPPO CPH1803,
phone come with me showing <Phone Password>.
I try to <Make Wipe> by AE-Tool . Now the phone Bricked.
I'm download DUMP from other forum.
How to write a DUMP file to A3s by AE-Tool ?
