Solution:

Remove Huawei ID By Sigma Plus

-Open Sigma Plus Tool
-Select Kirin 990 5G
-Do the Test Point (see picture for reference)

-Connect Harmony Cable
-After Detect Select USB 1.0
-Hit Removed Huawei ID
-Do The Prompts
Set-Up device After Finish
