Help huawei nova 3i..password and frp

guys need your expertise ,, how to remove the password of nova 3i,,. i try testpoint connection to format and frp remove...the operation is success but still the password was not remove,,i try fastboot connection,,success full operation,,but still not remove the password..

You need to load factory fastboot first via testpoint and then do operation in fastboot without rebooting device
