we first download the software in the link below and install it with HCU CLİENT .
Those who do not have HCU can try to install with sd card (I haven't tried)

When the recovery text comes to the factory reset field, type yes and reset.
After the reset process is finished, turn off the device, do the same operation with the volume up and on / off button and come back to the recovery menu, then click on SAFE MODE at the bottom and click the normal menu.
Finally, we can reboot and start using our device as normal.
