Infinity I get this error when opening infinity any module

Today when I try to use my inifity box, I get a notice to contact support before I used it normally, it should be noted that I do not use any type of remote use program or anything like that in the manager if it opens well and I read the information of my infinity could you help me please Serial No (S/N): AE4B6870
