I Have Problem With My Dongle Account

I cannot top up credit every time same error ink expired, please refresh your account info(Click the QR-CODE) in the UFI software and click the TOP UP link. When ı try to buy credit with reseller site it says account id wrong. I have talk with them they said your account is old we added credit to your account, you have to contact with ufi to update your account. I cannot login to account.ufibox.com. Can someone contact with me? I need urgent help.

You can edit right click then replace valid email
You can continue to pay credit

Problem not solved. My account id is too short but as you can see rudy's id is very long.
