First download from z3x shell COMBINATION_FA51_G928VVRU3API2 and flash it with z3x, choise model g928p,after that activae adb in settings do Reset FRP/React/EE and goto 'Backup and reset' and make 'Factory data reset'

after that download and install this http://support-us.samsung.com/VerizonSoftwareUpdateWin/ and put the phone on download mode ,this software will repair,update and make your phone to work http://forum.**************/ubb/smile.gif
