I need help to Update Asus TF103C

I need help to update an Asus TF103C to android Lollipop
I have the Soft file but I can't get the tablet to detect it.

Unzip the downloaded file
Copy the resulting file to your SD card
Insert the SD card into the tablet (lit)
A "Firmware file detected" notification appears
Tap on the notification and choose the firmware to apply
Validate the message and wait
The tablet restarts and a confirmation message will appear to confirm the update.
Click ‘OK’ to close the window.

but the tablet never detects the update

Entering the micro sd only detects a new storage but nothing more than that.

Check that the memory card is hooked into the tab

The file must be decompressed first
Close the tab and restart it until the operation is successful
Follow the steps and it will work with you

perata change the sd I did the procedure again and there were no changes it shows it as I indicate in the photo

Copy the file to the compressed cartridge card and unzip it also and try
Go to Settings, then Update System and make a check udate & try
