If you forgot BST account info (username, password, Original BST SN):
Try solve problem as follow steps:

1).Keep short-connect and then connect to pc (install BST Key drivers if needed) - Usb Key Driver.rar
2).Disconnect short-connect
3).Run FwUpdater.exe you will get original BST SN (no need update firmware) - BST-FWUpdater(20141122).zip
