Please reflash the device with a Stock Firmware and just after that use the Chimera Tool. Repeat the IMEI REPAIR and the PATCH CERT after the flashing.

VIVO IMEI repair - Broom Mode
During the repair process, imei vivo pd2036f gives an error in the process of connecting and navigating to broom mode

Thank you for posting it. However the problem comes from the Vivo updates. Vivo made some changes, currently, we are investigating the issue. Hopefully within a short amount of time we can handle it.
