please can someone with tutorial on how to read firmware with cm2 sp2 because everytime i tried to read the file for a phone i got error everytime, last time i plead with infinity to please help about this or is a setting i must do on my dongle,

xp is your pc os? better update that os to win 7 or win 10
me im using win10 64bit, no problem with the tools.
