Infinity Infinity Dongle CM2 Not Detected — Smart Card Shows Activated (SN: D55DA461)

Hello Infinity Team,


I have an Infinity Dongle with SN D55DA461.
I’ve already activated CM2 from the server, and when I check the smart card info, it shows that BEST1 and BEST2 are active — but CM2 is not detected when I open any CM2 module.


The message I get is:

"Dongle not found"

I’ve attached two screenshots:

1. Showing that CM2 is not activated inside the software.
2. Showing the activation is complete on the server side.

Please check and help me fix this issue.
