IPAD AIR 1 charging problem - help me please

This Ipad air 1 A1474 will not charge or detect in computer ,

1 Only charge at 2.2A when battery is dead and ipad is dead

1. When Ipad turns on charging stops
2. Ipad does not detect in computer after it turns ON
3. charging stop at 2% after ipad air turns on

5 Ipad detects IN COMPUTER ONLY IN DFU MODE, NOT detecting in NORMAL MODE

I have changed 1610A1 IC and still issue is not fixed,
Please help me
