Help Ipad Air touch problem

hi sir good day to all, pls help on my ipad air A1474 model.The problem is sometimes touch screen is working and sometimes not .
I have replaced fpc connector,replace and reball touch ic's and lastly i reball the cpu but nothings change. Pls help ,Thank you

Hi, it may be the iPad system issues, not the hardware, so I suggest you use the iOS system recovery tool to fix it.
