- Open ipad mini3 [be careful opening the lcd]
- Remove Resistor and Jumper
- Remove Nand
- Buy New serial [for serial you can contact any reseller you know]
- Write New serial
- Assemble
- Restore to ipad mini 3 wifi
- Activate
- Done
