iPhone 16 Pro Max iOS 26.1 – Boot Loop – 100% Full Storage – NO Backup – Need Retain Data Fix (Egypt)

Hi everyone, I’m from Egypt (Cairo) and I have an iPhone 16 Pro Max running iOS 26.1 that is stuck in boot loop (Apple logo appears and disappears every 10-15 seconds).

Problem details:

• Storage is 100% FULL (0 bytes free)
• No iCloud backup, no computer backup at all
• Data is extremely important (photos, videos, WhatsApp chats…)
• Tried 3uTools → error -100 at 71% (fails during filesystem writing because of full storage)
• Recovery mode & DFU mode → same result

I need a solution that keeps ALL user data (Retain User Data / No erase). Data loss is not an option.
Please advise any working method or suggest a trusted technician in Egypt (Cairo or nearby) who can fix this without losing any data.
