The problem is that the computer is locked because it was used with a previously locked account. Till the account is locked, we cannot unblock the computer.

Yes, that computer is locked out because it was used with another account remotely. We are not able to unblock the Pc. However as we see you do have attached the license to another Pc as well, so you can use that.
