one of my friends, asking for help questions,
after activation, he can log into the website, but he can not log into the software,
after trying to log back into the website, there is a frozen statement.
He just did the activation and he hasn't used it for any work. Please help overcome this problem. Can it (username) post here or does it have to be skype?
