I have downloaded and installed the Martview e-book reader in my Windows 10 laptop. The program was downloaded from CNET Download.com. The program is operating normally, but when I try to download any magazine from the "Download-ebooks" tab, I get an error message which says "Unable to connect to server, please check your network connection and make sure your firewall is not blocking internet access for martview. The problem might also cause by high traffic, please try again in a while".
I don't have any firewall installed, and my network traffic is normal. Has anyone else ever faced this kind of problem? What is the solution to this problem? Can anyone please help?
