UFi Mi 11 flash problems

Hello, i have hard times unbricking the "Venus" - stuck in fastboot mode.

So far I tried 3 times to flash the stock rom (12.5.3 eea, 12.5.2 global), but the ufi randomly gives this error "ufi box failed write at addr 0x...". Im sure ufs IC condition is great. First time it occured at persist partition, second at super partition and third happened at the very beginning (primarygpt).

Im at home and I dont have screens of the problem. I found some pics on the internet that could explain my problem.

Is there anyone that could help me? I tried everything i could.

I think yes. Other models won't give such errors. Qualcomm drivers are the latest, I checked the version already. I also switched off the driver signature enforcement and reinstalled them again also tried different ports on pc

Hey. Yes auth has no problem -credit is taken from our acc. But i had to wait 50 mins before starting other flash (3 slots). We requested flash signature from server, then firehose was configured correctly.
Its weird that it disconnects randomly, not on exact partition. I have never experienced issue like this.
