Well - this Moto G24 / XT2423 - is Helio G85 based, android inside is 14. It exist like model to be selected at supported list on Mediatek tab. When select it and try to service it, even in preloader 1 or 2 and mode 1 or 2, tool detect it and start to communicate and ... just close. Seem the phone answer on commands with something unexpexted that crash the application.
To be correct - tested on 2 PC. I was test to see what will happening with a Infinity CM2MT2 - there communication stop with a hint to select another DA about preloader mode, but both provided make same result.
Any hint about?
