mrt always error on huawei frp failed

mrt dongle huawei tool frp allways error failed (remote: command not allowed) on any model .whats solution for this error pleas help.tested many devices .

i bough mrt for huawei and oppo models but huawei tool never worked for me even on some old model which are supported on free tools
