MRT Huawei Unlock tool Error

I am trying D-01J to change its vendor for language purpose, but from last 3 days i am getting Read Information error, i tried using vpn, but same error on both servers, please solve this asap. Thanks, i had bulk order, i am using others tools, at the moment, but i want to enable mrt for my order too,

I have seen many other posts related to this issue,? why MRT team does not explain this issue?
