Help Mrt team pls help

just bought this aetool box
try to connect with phone
but it only shows like this
even isp not connected to box,
same result.

any suggestion or idea?

i already resolder pin out and check clearly.
removed vccq and vcc
connect battery.
disable anti-virus

i have phone here 2pcs.
until now no reply from support team.
