I just purshased emmc dongle, installed shell and dongle driver; when I'm loging to software, it disappear and doesn't works

I'm on win 10 64bits

Good, first look at the device manager that driver you have installed on the smart card reader, for it to work it must be alcor, I guess you will be registered and if you have to register, go to the official emmc dongle page and download the shell, from there you can register if you are not and download the latest software update that is 1.1.1, any questions or problems that come up again, thank you very much.

Hi bro,
Make sure no other dongles or devices are connected to your PC, i had the same problem before..
Also, check your internet connection, check your username and password..
