You could either contact Nokia or Microsoft, since Lumias run Windows Phone OS. I know how to get past regular Windows passwords, but it may not work on phones. You would need to boot the phone off of an SD card or something and find the Accessibility exe. Change its name to “cmd” and the original “cmd” to something like “cmd1”. Reboot the device and press whatever button you normally would to launch the Accessibility Options
